Who am I? I am just a fan of Jackson Browne's music. Music has been a big part of my life since my earliest years and Jackson Browne's music has always touched me on a more emotional level than any other music. I live in Southern California with my wife and three sons (ages 16, 18 and 21). My wife and I run a graphic design company called JRP Productions. Why did I make this Jackson Browne website? I started this site because I was motivated by my contact with other Jackson Browne fans on the Internet. Back in 1994-95, I was involved in a weekly Jackson Browne live chat on America On Line for several years and made some very good friends thanks to Jackson's music. It has become quite a hobby and takes up lots of my "free" time... when I can find some. I never really did this site for Jackson Browne; I do it for Jackson Browne Fans!! It has been my experience that Jackson Browne has the best fans in the world!

How long has this site been around? I first made this website available in the summer of 1995 as a way of making the Jackson Browne FAQ available to everyone. I have been slowly expanding it ever since. I try to update the page often to keep it up to date and provide the best service I can for Jackson Browne Fans.

In November 1996, and again in January 1998 the site was completely redesigned to upgrade and streamline it. The most recent major upgrade to the site was done in May 2005 when the entire website was redesigned with a more updated look... just in time for its 10th Anniversary. The site has moved servers a couple of times in hopes of providing better service. Hopefully, it is now easier to access and find the information you are looking for.

Please don't look for "whistles and bells" on this site. After hearing from thousands of visitors over the past ten or so years, it seems that most people want a site filled with information about Jackson Browne's music and don't want to have to wait forever for it to load. Thus, you'll see no animation, very little JAVA, and I've tried to go with quality over quantity on the graphics. Also, I've avoided all the split screens, scrolling windows and other "newer" technology to keep this site available for ALL viewers! This should make for a Jackson Browne website that is easy and quick to use and hopefully give a more enjoyable experience to more people.

Please DO NOT send me mail for Jackson. I have no direct contact with him and have no way to forward it to him. Yes, Jackson is aware of this site, but he has told others and me that he has no time to be on the Internet and expressed his understanding of how addictive it can be. So, at least for the time being, it seems he does NOT check this site and does NOT have an E-mail address to which you can write.
