- February 12-14, 1999 - in Benoni, South Africa at Benoni's Bluegum Creek Estate for the WOMAD Festival along with Baaba Maal, Hothouse Flowers, Johnny Clegg and Juluka, Just Jinger, Ringo, Boom Shaka, Fun(da)mental and many other groups from around the world.
Spring Benefit Concerts:
- April 12, 1999 in Nashville, TN at The Ryman Auditorum. "The Journey of Hope from Violence to Healing" (an anti-death penalty organization composed primarily of murder victim family members who oppose the death penalty) kicked off the Tennessee statewide Journey with a concert featuring Steve Earle, Emmylou Harris, Jackson Browne and the Indigo Girls.
- May 2, 1999 in Philadelphia at the Tower Theatre. A benefit for the Songbird Foundation (w/ Bonnie Raitt).
- May 4, 1999 in Columbia, South Carolina at the Township Auditorium for the South Carolina Coastal Conservation League and a memorial concert for Becky Hardee (w/ Bonnie Raitt). For more information about the South Carolina Coastal Conservation League, try their website at: www.scccl.org.
- May 5, 1999 in New York, New York at St. Ann's. St. Ann's is in Brooklyn Heights, NYC. It is a Church and Arts Restoration center.

- September 26, 1999 in Oregon. Jackson Browne along with David Lindley and Wally Ingram, and John Trudell and his band played at the Oregon State Correctional Institute (OSCI) on because Quiltman (from John's band)'s son is a victim of measure 11, and is at OSCI.
- September 30, 1999 in Las Vegas, NV at Citizen Alert's 3rd Annual 'Nevada is Not a Wasteland Day' at Reflection Bay Golf & Beach Club, Lake Las Vegas Resort.
- October 2, 1999 in Sedona, Arizona for the 10th Annual Verde Valley School benefit concert. Jackson Browne, Bonnie Raitt, Shawn Colvin, David Lindley & Wally Ingram, John Trudell and Ulali performed at the 10th Annual Verde Valley Music Festival.
- October 5, 1999 in Taos, New Mexico at the Taos Convention Center. Jackson Browne and John Trudell. To benefit the Western Enviromental Law center (Santa Fe).
- October 6, 1999 in Santa Fe, New Mexico at the Sweeney Center. A benefit for the Native American Preparatory school in Rowe, New Mexico with Jackson Browne and John Trudell.
- October 16, 1999 in Philadelphia, PA. Jackson Browne and Steve Earle were part of the MARCH OF THE AMERICAS.
- November 13, 1999 in Ventura, California at the Majestic Ventura Theatre. Jackson Browne and Martin Simpson.
New Year's Eve Concerts:
- December 28 and 29, 1999 in Las Vegas Nevada at the Mandalay Bay Events Center. Jackson Browne opened for The Eagles.
- December 31, 1999 in Los Angeles, California at the Staples Center. Jackson Browne and Linda Ronstadt opened for The Eagles. A portion of the proceeds from the concert were to be donated to L.A.'s BEST: After School Enrichment Program.
