- September 22, 2009 at Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles, CA. Archbishop Desmond Tutu will be the featured speaker at the Artists for a new South Africa's 20th Anniversary benefit with Jackson Browne and other celebrities.
- September 26, 2009 in Santa Fe, NM. Jackson Browne will replace Kris Kristofferon for a benefit concert in Santa Fe, New Mexico for Give Life, Give Love. (Kris had to withdraw due to having to have emergency eye surgery to save the sight in one eye.) Tickets are $125 and includes a meeting with the artist afterwards at the Lensic Performing Arts Center. Tickets at www.ticketssantafe.org.
