- January 7, 2006 at The Fillmore Theater in San Francisco, CA. Bill Graham's 75th Birthday Bash - A benefit for The Bill Graham Foundation featuring: The Neville Brothers, Jackson Browne, Mickey Hart and special guests.
- February 6, 2006 at The Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, CA. A star-studded roster of performers will salute James Taylor as MusiCares Person of the Year for his influence on music and culture. The award is from the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences' charitable arm. The annual pre-Grammy charity event will feature India Arie, Jackson Browne, David Crosby, the Dixie Chicks, Dr. John, Carole King, Alison Krauss, Taj Mahal, Randy Newman, Bonnie Raitt, Paul Simon, Bruce Springsteen and Sting."

- June 17, 2006 in Tennessee. Jackson Browne and J.D. Souther are scheduled to perform at a benefit for Tennessee State Senator Steve Cohen of Memphis, who is running for Harold Ford, Jr.'s Congressional seat. Only 200 seats as the benefit is being held at a private residence. $300/couple.

- August 19, 2006 at The Philadelphia Folk Festival in Philadelphia, PA. Jackson Browne (with David Lindley), Hot Tuna, Terri Hendrix, The Duhks, The Roches, Joel Rafael and lots more. The Philadelphia Folk Festival, one of the oldest active folk festivals, is a three-day extravaganza of traditional and contemporary folk music, dance, crafts, camping and children's activities.
- August 20, 2006 at The Town Hall in New York City. Jackson Browne, Rosanne Cash, Steve Earle, Nanci Griffith and special guests will perform at a John Hall For Congress benefit concert. - September 23, 2006 at Love and Unity Church in Compton, CA. Jackson will be a special guest at the Fred Martin & The Levite Camp concert, performing one or two songs.
 September 30, 2006 at Arroyo Verde Park in Ventura, CA. 2006 Ventura Hillsides Music Festival featuring Michael McDonald, Jackson Browne with Fred Martin & The Levite Camp, Crosby Loggins & The Lead Birds, and Brett Dennon. - October 8, 2006 at Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona, Spain. This is another "Tribute to Leonard Cohen" concert like the ones in July. (I'm told that, in July, Jackson only play one song at these shows.)

- November 6, 2006 at Tipitina's Club in New Orleans, LA. Benefit concert featuring Jackson Browne, Steve Earle, Mike Mills, Allison Moorer,and others. Proceeds will benefit Hurricane Katrina recovery organizations such as Arabi Wrecking Krewe and the New Orleans' Musicians Clinic. The concert is part of a Nov. 3-6 symposium in the Crescent City sponsored by the Future of Music Coalition. **UNCONFIRMED**
- December 4, 2006 at The Lobero Theatre in Santa Barbara, CA. Jackson Browne and David Lindley with special guest Kiko Veneno. This is part of the 6-show "Sings Like Hell" series. Tickets for non-subscribers go on sale October 21st.
- December 5, 2006 at Temple Bar in Santa Monica, CA. Kiko Veneno is the advertised artist, but Jackson will be a guest performer. 9pm show.
