Jackson Browne - Fan Letters & Reviews
February 2001

FROM YOUR WEBMASTER:

No fan letters or concert reviews were submitted during the month of February 2001. However, I was having email problems during the last part of the month into early March, so if you wrote a letter during that time then I never received it. I almost always reply to every letter sent my way within 48 hours. If you ever send me an email to be posted or just in reference to something on the site or a general question and you don't hear back from me within in couple of days, please resubmit your letter. I'm finding that email isn't nearly as reliable as I once thought it was.

It isn't surprising that the volume of letters received is way down. February 2001 marks the 5th anniversary of Jackson Browne's last studio album. This is BY FAR the longest Jackson has ever gone between albums. However, he has been in the studio working on a new album which is why he hasn't been on tour much outside of an occasional benefit concert. One member of his band told me just a few weeks ago that he doesn't think Jackson will be touring with the band this year. Jackson's management tells me that there is no date set for the new release. So, any speculation on a new album or tour is just guessing.

While things are relatively quiet, I do hope to spend some time going through this website this year and making corrections and updates. This really is a site "of the fans, by the fans, for the fans" so if you ever find any typographical errors, mistakes, omissions, or additions, please email them to me at russ@jrp-graphics.com. My goal is for this site to be as complete and accurate as possible and your help is very much appreciated. I'm also open to suggestions on things that can be done to improve the site.

I've enjoyed being your webmaster for the past 6 or 7 years. Thank you for your continued support!
