RUSS & JULIE'S HOUSE CONCERTS got it's start in early 1997 with a concert by Severin Browne & James Coberly Smith. It's hard to believe it's been 10 years! When we started this series, we had no idea how much fun we would have over the years and how the relationships we built with the musicians who have performed here and the countless audience members who have frequented our home would impact our lives. We consider ourselves very lucky. Headlining our very special 10th Anniversary House Concert will be Severin Browne & James Coberly Smith, Lowen & Navarro, Penny Nichols, Darryl Purpose, Freebo & Photoglo, Wendy Waldman, James Lee Stanley, Laurence Juber, Tom Begich, and possibly one or two others... The suggested donation for this show is a minimum $20 per person. All of the proceeds will be donated to "Oak Park Performing Arts Alliance" to support the band program at our local High School. Checks may be written to "OPPAA". Please note the early start time of 7:00 P.M. Russ & Julie's House Concerts is located in Oak Park, CA, about 45 miles northwest of Los Angeles near the cities of Agoura Hills, Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks. |
